ICC CRICKET World Cup 2011 Format

The 2011 Cricket World Cup will be played in Sub Continent and it as agreed that all four countries will host the matches of the 2011 World Cup including Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. But things did not go according to plan and people had to reevaluate the decision after the terrorist attacks in Pakistan over Sri Lankan side couple of years ago and that meant Pakistan was stripped of the Hosting rights which came as a big blow to country which was already struggling with the Cricket issues on and off the pitch.
Now only three countries will host the event with India having the right to host the big final. This is the biggest event in Cricket Calendar and very anticipated at the same time, The big event will start on 19 February when India play against Bangladesh for the 2011 World Cup match.
